Shabu-shabu is a Japanese delicacy that has not always been easy to find in the
Bay Area. Halu specializes in bringing you this delicious cuisine in the highest
quality -- when you swish a slice of our prime meat through bubbling broth for a
second or two, just until the pink becomes frosted with white, the texture is extraordinary, almost liquid, and the concentrated, sourish flavor of Kobe beef becomes vivid. |
